Variations-ish tuning with sub-bass focused. Low-end is rumbly but lacks mid-bass impact/warmness in general. Fatiguing above mid-volume. Can sound light and thin. Mid-bass tuck affects libraries.

Close ringer for the Harman IEM target with great bass and slightly harsh upper-mids and lower-treble.

Spot on harman. Good bass impact for the bracket but the mid-bass is a bit scooped for my library. Treble needs some refinement but still a solid rec for the price bracket. Cheapest way to try this type of tuning (Variations etc).

Truthear x Crinacle Zero Scorings

Average Technical & Tuning Grades

Average Tunign Grade

B-
  • It sounds pleasant overall, with some uneven spots that hint at room for refinement. Vocals remain pleasant despite the imperfections.

Average Technical Grade

C
  • Even moderate complexity exposes the limited resolution and narrow sense of space. Technical fans will find it lacking.
Bass B+
Low end hits with respectable impact while staying reasonably tidy. You get a healthy sense of rhythm.
Mids C+
The mids are solid and dependable, though not especially remarkable. Vocals stay reasonably grounded in the mix.
Treble C
Treble is adequate overall, though its texture can feel coarse. Longer sessions may expose grain.
Dynamics C+
You get reliable macrodynamics, with micro shifts that remain only adequate. A reliable performer for most tracks.
Soundstage B-
It pushes sound outward confidently while leaving height development as an unfinished idea. Height remains subtle but detectable.
Details C
It conveys the core of each track yet glosses over the quieter gestures underneath. Delicate details remain a bit subdued.
Imaging C-
Center information lands in the right area but not with laser focus. Separation is adequate for casual listening.
Gaming C+
Fundamental left/right positioning with limited depth perception. Works for non-competitive gaming but lacks precision.

7hz Sonus Scorings

Average Technical & Tuning Grades

Average Tunign Grade

C
  • Uneven emphasis across the spectrum keeps the presentation unsettled and awkward. Acoustic instruments lose their natural body.

Average Technical Grade

C-
  • Even moderate complexity exposes the limited resolution and narrow sense of space. Technical fans will find it lacking.
Mids C+
The mids are solid and dependable, though not especially remarkable. Vocals stay reasonably grounded in the mix.
Treble C-
Highs are present enough yet carry a bit of grain and splash. Busy mixes can still feel a bit splashy.
Dynamics E+
Dynamic range feels limited, smearing micro-contrast and transient attack. Soft details are smoothed into the background.
Soundstage B
Good soundstage with proper width and depth, placing instruments in clearly defined positions. Instruments sit in their own lanes.
Gaming C-
Minimal environmental definition provides only general audio cues. Suitable for games where positioning isn't critical.
