Great bass elevation with some bleed into the midrange. Treble has some zing around the 8k and 10k area to compensate for the warmth. Solid warm pick, great cable.

Average Technical & Tuning Grades

Average Tunign Grade

C+
  • Expect a friendly tonal balance that could use polish but remains inviting. Great for casual listening, less so for purists.

Average Technical Grade

C-
  • Details smear quickly, leaving the presentation cramped and low on definition. You'll notice smearing on even moderately layered songs.
Bass C-
Bass stays subdued, content to hover in the background. It keeps things tidy, yet unremarkable.
Mids C-
It delivers a workable midrange that could benefit from smoother transitions. Timbre isn't quite convincing yet.
Treble D
Treble balance wavers, creating a mix of recessed detail and harsh flashes. Highs feel restless and unfocused.
Details D
It can follow the main lines but loses composure once arrangements become busy. Fine articulation is frequently glossed over.
Imaging D
Modest imaging with basic left/right positioning that never quite nails the center image. Left/right cues exist but are rough.
Gaming C-
Minimal environmental definition provides only general audio cues. Suitable for games where positioning isn't critical.
