Comment: The best of the "B" series from Final. Technical capabilities, lush midrange Somewhat incoherent with the DD bass not blending well with the upper frequencies, subbass roll off is real

Average Technical & Tuning Grades

Average Tunign Grade

C
  • Tonality remains inconsistent, with uneven peaks and dips that disrupt musical flow. You'll constantly notice peaks or dips pulling focus.

Average Technical Grade

B-
  • Technical ability is serviceable, keeping basic detail intact across simpler tracks. It keeps up with acoustic tracks without much fuss.
Bass C+
Expect a balanced but ordinary low end that avoids both extremes. Slam remains moderate and controlled.
Mids B
Expect a confident midrange that keeps details audible without harshness. Acoustic arrangements sound engaging.
Treble C
Expect serviceable treble that keeps detail audible without much polish. It keeps the highs audible without elegance.
Soundstage A-
The stage stretches in every direction, carving out clear three-dimensional pockets for each player. Placement accuracy impresses from the start.
Details B+
Nuance retrieval becomes reliable, highlighting expressive touches in every instrument. It rewards attentive listening.
Imaging B+
Good imaging with precise instrument placement and clear front/back localization. Positions snap into place convincingly.
Gaming C+
Fundamental left/right positioning with limited depth perception. Works for non-competitive gaming but lacks precision. Bad value-to-cost for gaming purpose - not recommended
