An EM6L, but with toned down top end. Gorgeous shells. Microplanar instead of Balanced Armature. Great Details and Imaging. Acessories are a little barebones

Classic "2018" Single DD V-shaped tuning. Bright, Bassy, sharp, slightly fatiguing tonality. Bass Bleeds into Mids. "Classic" sound. Nice cable.

A- Tuning
B+ Tech
Balanced V with quick mid-bass, airy treble and standout imaging; presents neutral-bright at low volume without harshness. Depth is limited and the balance can be track dependent. Fast beryllium plated single dynamic driver with clear, airy extension and precise imaging for the price. Elevated ear gain and mid bass balance can be track dependent and flattens stage depth.
Youtube Video Summary

TFZ x Angelears Athena combines TFZ heritage with a modern balanced V approach: sub-bass is gently reduced, mid-bass carries a healthy rise, and upper-mids/low-treble energy add speed, clarity and a neutral-bright presentation at lower volumes. The X1 beryllium-plated single dynamic driver feels fast and agile, letting air and extension come through more audibly than the graph suggests.

Bass hits quick and clean rather than heavy, mids gain body from the mid-bass lift yet remain forward and articulate, and the treble sounds extended and open without turning sharp at sane levels. Staging favors width and height over depth, but imaging is notably precise; the tuning can be track-dependent, rewarding material that balances mid-bass and treble. As a sub-150 single-DD, it reads fresh and coherent, offering a distinctive take that stands out among similarly priced fun-tuned sets.
