Paul Wasabii: Affordable planar with classic bright, lean tuning and strong technical performance, but out of the box it can sound a bit thin with smaller, more distant vocals unless EQ is applied. Speedy, detailed planar driver with solid build, good clarity and excellent EQ headroom to add bass weight and smooth treble. Stock tuning is bright and lean with lighter bass impact, somewhat distant mids and a flatter, less natural presentation unless EQ is used.
