Campire Audio Clara Ti

  • Smirk Audio: Muscular bass with large bass notes. Male vocal timbre slightly odd, female vocals are nice. Some vocal grain present. Decent overall techs. Cons: Buy the non-Ti version for $1k less.
  • IEMRanking AI: Campfire Audio Clara Ti is the Titanium Launch Edition of Clara—limited to 50 units—with a 3D-printed titanium shell and an included 8-wire 4.4 mm cable; it retains the same sonic profile as the...

64 Audio U12t

  • Jays Audio: TOTL tech. Mid-scoop can affect mids/vocal texture and placement, recessed midrange, treble is harsh at high volumes. Great bass detail, but could have more impact.
  • Crin: Amazing bass (for a BA), top-tier resolution and detail-oriented signature.
  • Jaytiss: Just Smooth and nice, great all arounder with smooth technicals, but too boring.
  • Precogvision: Terrific dynamic range and soundstage depth; the closest I have heard to a two-channel system in an IEM for these qualities.
  • Tim Tuned:  Extremely versatile signature, great bass and details  Potentially too safe tuning wise
  • Smirk Audio: Good resolution and dynamics with great imaging. Smooth, slightly recessed upper-mids with an upper treble peak.
  • IEMRanking AI: The 64 Audio U12t is a mature flagship-class UIEM built around twelve balanced armatures per side and the company’s tia (open-BA) and apex pressure-relief tech; it lists at $1,999. Module options...
  • Shuwa-T: Comment: Really clean sounding monitor with excellent technical aspects.  Bass texture, superb clarity  Can sound too sterile
  • Nymz: As good as it gets. Great tuning and techs. Best set I've heard to date. Closest thing to speakers. Love it.
  • Drew / Audionotions: Amazing separation and presentation, amazing bass that extends down low and hits pretty authoritavely (not just in the context of BA sets - very good quantity and quality). Pretty interesting tuning...

64 Audio Tia Trio

  • Crin: A more correct sounding version of the Fourte with slight cutbacks in staging and sheer resolution.
  • Precogvision: Rich bass and out-of-head imaging.
  • Nymz: Best bass texture ever. Gorgeous treble extension, stage and imaging. Coherency and timbre a bit off. Upper mids/lower treble could be better. As amazing as it is, I couldn't fully connect with it...
  • Drew / Audionotions: Phenomenal bass texture and quality. Mids are good if not great - I don't have much to nitpick about them - good note weight and excellent clarity. Treble is very sparkly and airy though some may...

64 Audio U4s

  • Jaytiss: It's a solid set, with great build quality, but sonically isn't the specialist that I want it to be.
  • Precogvision: Fantastic colored tonality with options, and the unique technical qualities to back it up. M12/M15 modules recommended.
  • Smirk Audio: A tastefully colored U12t with a more intimate soundstage, a cutback in technicalities, and more bass realism.
  • Drew / Audionotions: A step down in techs from U12T (possibly a half step down from U6T). But very well tuned and adds in a dynamic driver punch. Timbre is slightly improved compared to U12T due to the increase in...

64 Audio Nio

  • Crin: A decent bassy set with the m15/m20 modules, but really shines with the mX modules.
  • Precogvision: Sub-bass oriented with a very warm, thick tonality. MX module cleans things up quite a bit.

Sennheiser IE900

  • Crin: Well-resolving DD IEM with excellent treble control, though with somewhat weak mid-high harmonics.
  • Jaytiss: I don't get it, not even a little.
  • Precogvision: Excelllent bass - simply excellent. Midrange could use some work, as could the generally average imaging chops.
  • Drew / Audionotions: I usually don't like things that aren't all rounders but this might be the exception. Bass is incredible - best in class - great texture, fantastic physicality. Treble response is great too - pretty...

FlipEars Legion

  • Jays Audio: Fun and bassy, v-shape, great low-end slam and texture, full, rumbly, solid tech imaging, and cool faceplate... but price is a bit high.
  • Jaytiss: What this does well, it does very well. Fun set.
  • IEMRanking AI: The FlipEars Legion makes a commanding entrance with its striking Roman legionnaire-inspired design, featuring jewelry-cast rose-plated brass faceplates hand-painted by master artisans in Bulacan,...

Sennheiser IE600

  • Jays Audio: Tons of detail and amazing clarity. Stage is smaller than most IEMs at/below its price tag but very well defined details and imaging within that space. Bass is detailed, but amount is not as much as...
  • Gizaudio Axel: Fun, V-shaped tuning.  Fantastic bass (both quality and quantity), great V-shaped tuning, excellent detail, and precise imaging.  Treble is too much, could use more vocal focus.
  • Crin: Well-tuned mids, powerful yet controlled sub-bass, with highly extended (and somewhat spicy) treble.
  • Jaytiss: Lots of upper trebble.
  • Precogvision: Well-extended on both ends of the spectrum and adds back in the upper-midrange the IE900 lacked.
  • Tim Tuned:  Very well rouned fun subbass focus sound  Treble might be too much
  • Shuwa-T: Comment: Stock eartips are a disgrace.  Superb clarity with good tuning and bass response  Treble is on the energetic side
  • Nymz: The most technical DD I've heard. Tuning is not perfect for my library - V-Shape. Get's a rec for those that really enjoy a well done V DD. Could use more stage size and bass impact. Fit is not the...
  • Drew / Audionotions: Engaging sound signature with authoritative bass and very good treble. Mids are no slouch either. Can be spicy for some, but for what it's worth, I have no issues with the treble. Pretty impressive,...

64 Audio tia Fourte

  • Crin: Unique sound; high clarity and bass response with immensely wide staging, held back by a wonky tonality.
  • Precogvision: Tia Trio's older brother that takes things too far off the beaten path for tonality.

ThieAudio Hype 2

  • Jays Audio: Mini-Monarch MK3 with less bass and details. 80% there. Harmanish tuning, and best all-rounder before Studio 4.
  • Jaytiss: Just not right for me, but solid.
  • Precogvision: Poor bass performance and sounds like surface-level detailing due to mid-treble recession despite great frequency response.
  • Super* Review: Imagin is fantastic and stands out. Hype 2 is a pretty good place to start in the hobby
  • Nymz: Good sub-bass but lackluster impact in the mid-bass. Mid-range is fine, but could use more separation/layering. Good techs for the price.
