• Gizaudio Axel: Harman-like sound with plenty of detail. BA bass. Smooth, detailed, and balanced tuning.
• Crin: More faithful to the Harman target compared to the A8, with a smoother bass response.

• Precogvision: Excellent treble extension and detail retrieval.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Smooth engaging harman signature with fun bass. Cons: BA timbre.
• Smirk Audio: Very resolving with a sweet, pleasant timbre. Good mids and treble. Average bass. Upper-mids may be shouty to some.

• Precogvision: A more refined B2 Dusk with better bass texture and treble extension.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Great separation and details. Cons: Thin lower midrange.
• Smirk Audio: Great tuning, neutral timbre, and a satisfying bass with a sub-bass focus. Solid all-rounder.
• Shuwa-T: Strengths: Clarity. Weaknesses: Subbass overpowers lower mids. Comment: Too much subbass, dry sounding lower mids.

• Jays Audio: Bright-neutral. Slight resolution bump over the B2 Dusk, but at the cost of weak bass and sharp 6K.
• Gizaudio Axel: Neutral, vocal-focused sound with great treble extension and detail. Light bass, can sound lean, thin and technical. Excellent resolution.
• Jaytiss: A little lean, but if you eq it's one of the best sets out there for the price.
• Precogvision: Detail-oriented signature at the expense of sounding quite anemic.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Brighter, slightly more detailed version of B2 Dusk. Cons: Bass a little light.

• Tim Tuned: Pros: Very well tuned neutral signature.
• Super* Review: Strengths: Extremely well tuned. Weaknesses: Treble extension. Comment: Less bass than expected for DD bass.
• Fresh Reviews: Bad timbre, coherency and bass texture, but great resolving power and stage for price bracket. Tuning is a hair too bright for me but very balanced nonetheless with great mids.

Moondrop Blessing 2 Dusk

• Jays Audio: Great resolution and separation. Vocals can sound recessed/thin, and is sibilant at higher volumes. Uneven and grainy treble. Clinical, thin, and not as musical as others sets.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Very well tuned with great bass responsse.
• Smirk Audio: Great midrange with a natural timbre. Could use better bass and treble quality/extension. Mids may be too forward for some.
• Shuwa-T: Strengths: Extremely well tuned. Weaknesses: Treble extension, slightly thinner mids. Comment: Bassier B2.
• Nymz: A slightly more refined B2 with more bass sub-bass elevation and better control on lower mid-range, with the cost of sounding thinner. (check B2)

Moondrop Kadenz

• Jays Audio: Literally a more fancy Tangzu Xuan NV. Sounds basically the same but just with better packaging, cable/case, and build... but for $100 more?? Nah
• Jaytiss: Great Cohessiveness and tonality. Upper air is very nice.
• Tim Tuned: Nice physicality and punch. Better bass as most basy IEMs. Okay technicalities. Image Separation is not the widest but decent.

Moondrop B2: Dusk

• Precogvision: Terrific tonal balance and bass shelf, but with slightly gritty treble and poor bass texturing.

• Jays Audio: A more engaging Aria SE with more bass, air, and reverb. Feels too smoothed out with a hit in the texture. Bump in tech over the old one, but pricing is an issue vs EW200 and EW300
• Gizaudio Axel: Good bass with solid impact, slightly warm but full and clear vocals, and solid detail. Could use more sub-bass and a more refined upper treble. A solid set.
• Jaytiss: Nice package for the price.

Moondrop Kato

• Jays Audio: Good detail, clarity, and imaging, but can sound thin. Similar tuning as Hana, but I found Hana to have better note-weight and bass.
• Crin: For $200, I'd probably recomend other iems. But it's solid.
• Jaytiss: A slight improvement over the KXXS all-round in the technical department.
• Precogvision: Pros: KXXS with better vocals and details.
• Tim Tuned: Strengths: Solid tuning, backed with surprising clarity that is a step up from the kxxs bunch. Weaknesses: Lower mids thin sounding. Comment: Moondrop's best "budget" single DD iem.
• Super* Review: A bit thin, pillow light bass. Treble and stage could use some more refinement. A tecnical upgrade to Aria.

Moondrop Kanas Pro

• Crin: Somewhat Harman-esque in tuning, not the best in terms of resolution.
• Precogvision: A KXXS with less treble extension and slightly poorer resolution.

• Precogvision: Terrific tonal balance, but with slightly gritty treble and poor bass texturing.

Moondrop Aria 2 RED

• Jays Audio: A slightly more vocal centric Aria 2, slightly less soft in the overall texture due to less air. Balanced-clean all-rounder. A bit pricy at $100, wait for sale.

• Precogvision: See KXXS. Just slightly less upper-midrange.
• Tim Tuned: Cons: Might be too relaxed.
• Shuwa-T: Strengths: Well tuned, arguably the one who started the chifi wave of decent tuning.

Moondrop Solis

• Crin: A good implementation of the EST drivers with Moondrop's signature tuning specialties.
• Precogvision: Very plasticky and thin transients. Not very impressive.

• Jays Audio: A more neutral version of the May with less bass and treble, very neutral sounding, inoffensive and boring, overpriced, many cheaper options with similar tuning and performance
• Gizaudio Axel: Balanced tonality, with deep bass, forward vocals, clear treble. Overall detail. Good for customizable sound (EQ) and gaming.
• Super* Review: When People ask me for the best IEM for gaming, I would probably point them to these.
• Fresh Reviews: Borders B (Val) - Borders C+ (COD)

• Crin: A cheaper Starfield.
• Precogvision: See KXXS. Just slightly less upper-midrange and more bass.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Pleasing neutral tuning with impressive wide stage.
• Shuwa-T: Strengths: Well tuned with no jarring issues. Weaknesses: Clarity. Comment: Starfield with less technical performance but better build quality.
• Nymz: Nothing wrong, nothing good as well. I'd rather buy other stuff around this price that perform much better, like Olina or Titan S. Over-hyped.

Moondrop Dark Saber

• Jaytiss: It has it's moments, but it is a massive please demo first style iem.
• Precogvision: Basically the Moondrop S8 with a dynamic driver for the bass. Negatively affects the coherency of the presentation.

• Tim Tuned: Pros: Expansive stage + Great tuning overall. Cons: Can use more transient incisiveness, USB-C.

• Jays Audio: Super clean with great clarity. A better tuned Variations without the tech. Pinnacle of harman tuning. Although mid-bass scoop can affect some libraries.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Very well-tuned, natural timbre. Cons: mushy details, noise floor, USB-C.

• Jaytiss: Needs EQ to shine.
• Precogvision: Shrill and thin sounding to the point of unnaturalness.

• Jays Audio: Warm, intimate, but airy sound. Great accessories for the price. Warmer, and a little less resolving than EW200 and Aria 2, but DSP DAC+APP gives good versatility if no access to EQ.

Moondrop Chu

• Crin: An extremely well-tuned neutral IEM with a slightly bright and metallic tilt.
• Precogvision: A bit uninspired at this point, but no less a solid listen.
• Tim Tuned: Pros: Very well tuned and natural. Cons: Treble uneveness.
• Shuwa-T: Strengths: Neutral bright tuning, decent clarity at this price. Weaknesses: Technical performance in the absolute sense without price considered, gritty treble. Comment: Moondrop's best budget IEM.
• Nymz: Beaten by Salnotes Zero for my library. Good tuning, medriocre techs, but throwing punches up to 100$. Hard to fault. Cable is bad but workable.

Moondrop Illumination

• Crin: Well-tuned with natural timbre, ultimately marred by subpar detail retrieval and definition.
• Precogvision: Mushy transients and imaging, basically par with their other single DDs for techniclaities.

• Precogvision: Sounds like a thinner Moondrop Aria and not really for the better.

• Crin: Shouty with a slight warm tilt as a counterbalance. Not the worst DF-ish IEM out there.
• Precogvision: Slightly more balanced than the Quarks in the midrange, but not by much.

Moondrop Alice

• Tim Tuned: Pros: Lively vocals and balanced tuning. Cons: Poor User Experience.....
• Shuwa-T: Strengths: Tuned well for TWS with decent clarity.

Moondrop SSR

• Crin: Probably as close as one can get to "true DF", though it's extremely shouty as a result.
• Precogvision: Shouty thanks to 13dB of pinna compensation, but excellent note definition and imaging for the price.
• Shuwa-T: Weaknesses: Overly spicy upper midrange and treble.
• Nymz: Shoutfest and too much energy uptop for my likes, but good bass and technicalities for the price.

Moondrop SSP

• Crin: Extra bass on top of the SSR does help it a little, but also results in a more hollow presentation.
• Jaytiss: Very tiny. Good for sleeping with at night, maybe not as a daily driver.
• Precogvision: See SSR. Just more bass.

• Precogvision: Sounds fairly open. Pinna compensation and transition to treble region needs work.
• Super* Review: Weaknesses: Everything else. Comment: Costs next to nothing.
